Model the flow. Move the business.
A five-week, hands-on foundation in process intelligence — built on a live Celonis environment with an AI co-pilot. Go from zero to a working Celonis app you build and present.

Why Process Intelligence
T314M turns operations into object-centric models you can act on. PI 101 is where that begins — tool-agnostic in principle, built hands-on on Celonis in practice. You won't only learn concepts; you'll work with real process data, run a real analysis, and ship a working app.

Program Structure
A structured progression from process-thinking foundations to a shipped Celonis app — delivered fully online through live sessions on a real procure-to-pay dataset.
Focus Areas
Outcome
You can think in processes and read a discovered graph and basic KPIs.
By-hand process reading exercise on a real procurement trace.
You finish by building a working procure-to-pay Starter Kit — a real Celonis app (data model, Knowledge Model, Views and Process Explorer) — and presenting it as an executive readout. A portfolio piece, not a certificate of attendance.
What makes it different
Work in a live Celonis Academic Alliance environment on a real procure-to-pay dataset, not a sandbox toy.
Model the multi-dimensional reality of work — orders, invoices, deliveries — from day one, not flattened logs.
From Week 4, use Claude to write transformations and model data, taught with a strict verify-everything discipline.
Every week analyses and rebuilds the same company, Meridian Industrial, so each session compounds toward the capstone.
By-hand computation before the tool, Harvard-style case discussion, and a graded discovery assignment.
A small, cohort-based class taught by senior value engineers and practitioners.
What you'll be able to do
Who it's for
University students and junior professionals from mixed business and technical backgrounds. No prior process-mining knowledge is required — just curiosity about how organisations truly operate.
Faculty
Delivered jointly by MEF University and T314M, with senior Celonis value engineers and practitioners who actually deploy process intelligence on real enterprise data — not purely academic instructors.
This level of combined academic and ecosystem exposure is rarely accessible within a single foundational program.
