Admission Requirements

We seek senior executives with proven leadership experience and the authority to drive organizational transformation. Our selective admissions process ensures participants can immediately apply Process Intelligence strategies at the highest levels of their organizations.

Eligibility Criteria

Professional Experience

  • β€’Minimum 10 years of professional experience
  • β€’Current C-level, VP, or equivalent senior leadership role
  • β€’At least 5 years in strategic management positions
  • β€’Experience leading cross-functional teams (50+ people preferred)

Organizational Authority

  • β€’Strategic decision-making authority within organization
  • β€’Budget responsibility for transformation initiatives (€1M+ preferred)
  • β€’Direct reporting relationship to C-suite or board
  • β€’Ability to sponsor and implement organizational change

English Proficiency

Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. If English is not your first language, please provide documentation of English proficiency through one of the following:
